  Papéis: função estabelecida no próprio módulo. O usuário do EPA assume o papel circunstancialmente. Ex: Responsável pela solicitação, revisor de um documento e etc.
  Permissões: atribuída no cadastro do usuário. Ex: Permissão de incluir Mural.
